Directions to make Gel:
1.Rinse and clean well.  2.Soak overnight.  3.Boil it with distilled water.  4.Wait until it cools down and then blend it into the gel. 5.Put it in a glass jar.  6.Store it in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. 7.Scoop gel into foods and smoothies.
